Listening Together this Advent

We knew then, that synodality, Pope Francis’ great endeavor was here to stay.  Since 2021, the Church has been on this road of discovery, renewal, listening and walking together.  For the first time, in church history women and lay men were invited to dialogue and vote as a part of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops.  And the Final Document is now part of the Church’s official teaching.  We are to re-imagine a new way of being church through the lens of Vatican II documents and learning to listen to each other and the Holy Spirit.

Join us as we connect our Advent practices of stillness and prayer with the call to become a more synodal church.  Through discussion, prayer, and conversations in the Spirit we will explore this call to synodality.  All are welcome as we delve into the history of synodality, experience deep listening and enrich our Advent journey.
