In this weekend retreat, trauma-informed meditation teacher Leah Raidt introduces participants to various meditation techniques and somatic practices to support building a consistent, sustainable, and integrated meditation/spiritual practice.  Learn tools to de-excite the nervous system, release stress, expand self-awareness, and access a felt-sense of safety and divinity from within.

Retreat tuition includes room, board, group sessions, optional activities (and office hours), 1:1 virtual follow up (2-4 weeks after retreat), and on-going meditation guidance and spiritual support from Leah Raidt as needed.

This retreat centers LGBTQ+ and those that love us.  Open to all genders and faith traditions (including no faith tradition).  No prior meditation or spiritual experience required.  Please e-mail Lraidt@gmail.com with any questions.

Each day includes lecture, discussion, group meditation, breathwork, and select readings along with unstructured time for rest, play, and silence.

Mass on Sunday is optional.  Lunch for Sunday can be purchased at time of registration but is not included in the fees.
