Step away from the busyness of daily life and enter a sacred space where beauty, stillness, and Divine Presence meet.

Visio Divina, meaning “sacred seeing,” is an ancient contemplative practice that invites us to encounter God through art, imagery, and the gift of attentive presence. By slowing down and prayerfully engaging with an image, participants are invited to notice what draws their attention, listen with an open heart, and discover new insights along their spiritual journey.

Whether you are new to contemplative prayer or have been practicing for years, Visio Divina offers a gentle and creative way to deepen your connection with God and awaken your awareness of the sacred all around you.

What to expect:

  • A warm welcome and introduction to the history and spiritual practice of Visio Divina.
  • Step-by-step guidance through the practice using a carefully selected sacred image.
  • Time for silence, reflection, and prayerful listening.
  • Optional opportunities for sharing and connection with others.

In a world filled with noise and distraction, Visio Divina offers a chance to pause and truly see—not only with your eyes, but with the eyes of your heart. You will leave refreshed, inspired, and more deeply attuned to God’s presence in your everyday life.

“All that is good, all that is true, all that is beautiful brings us to God.”
— Pope Francis
